Our solutions are customized for each project and can scale from an in-lab bench scale unit all the way up to standalone industrial plants. Many of our projects are turnkey where Petro Sep covers all project phases, including research & testing, design and development, fabrication, construction and installation as well management of the plant once operational
Petro Sep is staffed and equipped to conduct research studies to investigate, test and develop custom industrial applications for separating complex fluid mixtures.
Petro Sep has completed several in-lab projects for industrial partners, government bodies as well as for academic institutions, and has supplied lab units and deployed pilot plant installations on customer premises around the globe.
Petro Sep has an international engineering and development team at its Canadian headquarters as well as its Malaysian office
Once a custom process has been tested and verified, Petro Sep will develop engineering, procurement & construction (EPC) plan, piping & instrumentation design (P&ID) as well as industrial automation and operations control management plan.
Petro Sep has a dedicated facility in China where the modules fabrication, assembling and containerized packaging is completed. Petro Sep will also provide on-site installation and manage the construction.
Petro Sep continues to provide management support when the plant is operational. Our industrial automation processes ensure that the plant conditions remain optimal and it also provides on-site and off-site training to the dedicated operations team.
Petro Sep can supply and provide mobile processing units that will be used for short-term remediation and urgent critical requirements. For example, Petro Sep can avert spills and avoid disastrous environmental damage that may ensue.
Petro Sep technology and solutions are applicable to a wide-ranging set of applications for various industries. Petro Sep has developed and formalized licensing contracts with industrial partners for exclusive global rights on many of its custom applications.
