Petro Sep systems can process municipal waste and turn it into a business opportunity. It can extract sugar, ethanol (biofuel) from the solid waste, and its technology may also be used to treat and recycle the sewage wastewater as well.

For example, municipal solid waste can be processed by Petro Sep and high-purity sugars as well as ethanol can be extracted from that process instead of incineration or dumping into landfills.

Industrial plants consume solvents and produce wastewater that is usually discarded and disposed in environmentally disastrous manners.

Petro Sep can treat highly complex fluids and separate them into individual constituents with a possibility of a zero-liquid discharge at the end. This enables the recycling of the input solvents and substantially reduces the by-product waste and its treatment or disposal.
