Pressure equipment, skid-mounted systems, packaged plants, process piping, and full-scope membrane plant builds, fabricated in our own shops, by our own welders, to ASME, API, ISO 9001, and Section IX qualifications. Toronto (Mississauga) is built for membrane production, engineering, and R&D. Kerteh is built for code-stamped pressure work and volume fabrication. Most projects come to us at engineering or fabrication; we own the scope from there to a commissioned plant.

The work behind our patents starts here. AQUA-SEP®, VOC-SEP®, and AZEO-SEP® are designed by our R&D team and fabricated on the same shop floor as our customer projects. The IP is not licensed out. The fabrication is not subcontracted.

Code-stamped pressure equipment, separators, columns, reactors, and storage tanks.

Custom-engineered pressure equipment built to the code your project needs. Separators, columns, reactors, slug catchers, exchangers, and storage tanks, fabricated, tested, and shipped from our own shops. ASME U, U2 & R code-stamped pressure work runs out of Kerteh, our fabrication shop; membrane production, engineering, and R&D run out of Toronto (Mississauga).

Skid-mounted process systems

Modular process and utility skids, engineered, packaged, and shipped ready to commission.

Pre-engineered skid packages that drop into a site and run. Process skids, utility skids, instrument and control skids, dosing and filtration packages. All designed, built, and factory-acceptance tested before they leave the shop. We ship to the operator's pad and commission against the same drawings we built from.

Packaged process plants

Built-to-spec process plants, delivered turnkey from drawing to running line.

When the requirement is a complete plant, we build it. Process design, fabrication, modular assembly, shipping, site erection, and commissioning. All handled under one contract, with one accountable team. Palm oil mills, refining and petrochemical units, water and wastewater plants, chemical process plants. Built to the operator's specification and the country's code.

Process piping & mechanical

Process piping, structural steel, and mechanical erection on shop and site.

Spool fabrication, structural steel, mechanical assembly, and on-site erection. Whether your scope is a tie-in package, a brownfield revamp, or the mechanical erection of a plant we built, we put welders and millwrights on the work. Our pipe shops handle B31.1, B31.3, and B31.9 scope under a single ISO 9001 quality system.

Membrane plant fabrication

In-house fabrication of our productized AQUA-SEP®, VOC-SEP®, and AZEO-SEP® systems.

When the scope is a membrane plant, water recovery, solvent capture, azeotrope breaking, we are not handing the build to a third-party fabricator. The same team that engineers our patented AQUA-SEP®, VOC-SEP®, and AZEO-SEP® platforms also fabricates them. Membrane modules, instrumentation, controls, FAT, and shipment from our own floor.

Engineering & design

Process engineering, FEED, P&IDs, and fabrication drawings to support build scope.

Every job we build, we engineer first. Process engineering, FEED, P&IDs, equipment specification, fabrication and isometric drawings, stress and pipe-class work, handled in-house, by engineers who answer to the same project manager as the welders. We also pick up engineering-only scope for clients who plan to fabricate elsewhere.

Pilot & demonstration plants

Containerized and skid pilots that prove the process on site, at scale.

Between a bench result and a full plant sits the question every owner asks: does it hold up on my site, on my feed, day after day. Our containerized and skid-mounted pilots answer it. We build the pilot in our own shops, run extended demonstrations on the real stream, generate the data a sanction decision needs, and de-risk the jump to full scale.
