Lab Testing & Analytics

Before a membrane sees a stream, the stream gets measured. Our analytical lab characterizes feeds, tracks fouling and scaling behavior, and verifies product quality against the spec a project has to hit. We run customized analysis across water and wastewater, environmental and pharmaceutical, solvent recovery, desalination, and petrochemical streams, including PFAS, VOCs, heavy metals, and contaminant work. The data flows straight into design, so the numbers behind a proposal come from the bench, not from a table.

What you get

The shape of the deliverable.

Outcomes our customers see when this scope is on our floor. Specific, repeatable, and held against the same quality system across the company.

Designs built on measured data
Proposals reference real feed analysis, not assumed composition, so the engineering rests on numbers we took ourselves.
Fouling understood early
Scaling and fouling tendencies are screened before pilot, which keeps surprises out of the field.
Quality verified to spec
Product to target
Product streams are checked against the client target so recovery claims are testable.
