An innovative multi-process refinery in Virginia, USA. Petro Sep engineered, fabricated, and deployed AQUA-SEP®, AZEO-SEP®, and VOC-SEP® systems on the same site. Featured as one of the largest pervaporation deployments of its kind.

Mobile hazardous water vacuum skid at 150,000 L/day
Petro Sep designed, fabricated, and deployed a mobile AQUA-SEP® vacuum membrane distillation skid for hazardous water treatment in Rhode Island. Containerized, road-transportable, and validated on real feed before scale-up.

Sarnia bioethanol and ABE refinery, three feeds piloted over six months
Petro Sep deployed a hybrid AZEO-SEP®, VOC-SEP®, and AQUA-SEP® plant at a Sarnia, Canada bioethanol and ABE (acetone/butanol/ethanol) refinery. The site is also home to PSC's 'Lean Water' VOC-SEP® pilot, which validated three industrial wastewater feeds over six months.

RO-reject brine concentration at full industrial scale
Petro Sep delivered a full-scale AQUA-SEP® brine concentration plant in China, treating reverse-osmosis reject and high-TDS industrial wastewater past the practical limits of conventional pressure-driven membranes.

Two Acid Gas Oxidizer (AGO) STACK units, fabricated and welded in our Kerteh shop
Petro Sep Engineering Sdn. Bhd. fabricated two AGO STACK units (each OD 2,800 mm × 40,000 mm length) plus a combustion chamber (OD 4,200 mm × 36,000 mm) at our Kerteh facility. The largest fabrication effort documented in our project portfolio.
