We fabricate the equipment and the plants that oil, gas, and energy operators run on, and we bring our own membrane IP for the streams that defeat conventional separation. Pressure vessels, separators, slug catchers, gas-processing skids, and full packaged units, built in our shops, ASME / API code-stamped where required. Where the fluid is hard, we add patented membrane systems for produced water, frac flowback, glycol regeneration, amine reclamation, and BTEX recovery, across upstream production, midstream processing, LNG and gas processing, and refineries.

Each row is a real frackwater sample tested on a Petro Sep AQUA-SEP membrane train. The numbers are reproducible on a representative sample from your operation: ship us a sealed container, we will return characterized recovery and permeate-quality data inside two to six weeks.

Fabrication scope
Most oil and gas projects start with a fabrication scope: separators, columns, slug catchers, gas-processing skids, or a packaged unit. Our shops handle ASME U, U2 & R and API code-stamped pressure equipment, sour-service materials, and full skid packaging. PSE Malaysia recently delivered two Acid Gas Oxidizer (AGO) STACK units, each 40 metres long.
