Detailed Engineering & Design
Detailed engineering takes the approved FEED basis and develops it into the drawings, models, and specifications that fabrication and construction build from. Our multidiscipline teams cover process, mechanical, piping, structural, electrical, instrumentation, and controls, all coordinated in a single 3D model so clashes are caught on screen, not in the field. The output is a complete, reviewed deliverable set ready for procurement and the shop floor.
What you get
The shape of the deliverable.
Outcomes our customers see when this scope is on our floor. Specific, repeatable, and held against the same quality system across the company.
- Build-ready deliverables
- A coordinated, reviewed deliverable set that fabrication and field crews can build from without rework loops back to engineering.
- Clashes caught on screen
- Full 3D coordination across disciplines finds interferences in the model, where they cost hours to fix, not in the field where they cost weeks.
- Procurement-ready specs
- Datasheets and bills of material flow straight into purchasing, so long-lead items are ordered on time.
