Pharmaceutical and life-sciences projects need both the sanitary fabrication and the membrane chemistry to recover expensive solvents. We build sanitary 316L vessels and skids with full IQ/OQ/PQ documentation, and we deploy our own pervaporation and vapor permeation systems for solvent dehydration, azeotrope breaking, and VOC capture, including the azeotropic mixtures that distillation cannot break. API manufacturing, fine chemicals, solvent recovery, and process-water purification.

Application 01

Ethanol dehydration to fuel grade or pharma grade

Selective water removal beyond the 95.6% azeotrope without entrainers. Pharma-grade systems include full IQ/OQ/PQ documentation and compliant materials of construction.

Isopropanol recovery from cleaning streams

Recover IPA from wash water at 99% purity for reuse in production. Most installations pay back in 12 to 18 months on solvent purchase savings alone.

Acetonitrile recovery from chromatography waste

Concentrate and recover acetonitrile from HPLC waste streams. The economics are strong because acetonitrile is expensive to buy and expensive to dispose.

Pharmaceutical applications usually narrow to two technologies. Pervaporation handles bulk water removal from liquid solvent streams; vapor permeation polishes vapor-phase streams. We design hybrids of the two when the customer's spec demands both bulk and final purity in one system.
